Sample Supports’ Adult Day Program offers a compassionate, structured environment where individuals of all functioning levels—including those with behavioral challenges—can grow, connect, and thrive. Operating from 10 AM to 4 PM, the program features:
Small, behavior-sensitive groups that adapt to each person’s needs.
A flexible blend of Community Connections and Specialized Habilitation Programming.
A focus on fostering problem-solving, teamwork, decision-making, and self-management through person-directed activities.
Weekly schedules of up to 24 hours, including meaningful volunteer opportunities and seamless integration of community-based life skills.
