Black Lives Matter
At Sample Supports, it is important that we continue to do our part in building a community that has zero tolerance for racism. Our role as social workers is to continuously advocate for social justice and to actively educate those around us to choose to do the same.
What action are we taking?
It is important that we continue to build on the momentum of the Black Lives Matter Movement and to make sure sure that we as a company are taking action to ensure we are taking necessary steps as an organization to show our support for social change and also make any changes needed ourselves.
Sample Supports has implemented several action steps based on feedback from our employees and leaders. We will continue to actively work on creating an inclusive and safe workplace for our employees and the individuals we serve.
