Clinical Behavior and Therapy Services

Sample Supports offers short and long term clinical behavior services for youth and families to address problematic behavior to promote stability and permanency. 

What we offer:

• ​Assessment and Plan Development- Sample Supports creates an integrated plan based on the individual’s strengths, target behaviors, mental health diagnoses, and any trauma history. Our internal clinical team ensures that a comprehensive approach is developed specific to the person.
• All clinicians are trained in Trauma-Informed Care and understanding, recognizing, and responding to the effects of all types of trauma.

• ​Cross Trained Licensed Clinicians in in disabilities, child development, trauma, mental health, and substance abuse.​
• ​​Clinical Consultation- Sample Supports provides consistent implementation of behavior support plans as well as ongoing support as needed. We provide long-term consultation as necessary to ensure future success.
