Gary Lewis Memorial
Gary Lewis and his family have been very involved with the disability community, providing incredible support and care to people in their homes. In honor of Gary Lewis and in lieu of flowers the family has asked that contributions be made to Sample Supports. Sample Supports is committed to using 100% of contributions to pay for participation of individuals in our day program to attend fun cultural activities to improve their quality of life. Sample Supports is a for-profit company and contributions do not qualify for a tax deduction.
