I am a current host home provider with Sample Supports and I just have to brag about the team, most specifically Alexa, Giulia, Ali, and especially Maria. These ladies have been an outstanding support system for me, my family, and the clients we serve. I grew up in a host home (over 26 years experience in this field), and it is a family affair for us (my grandmother, mom, and sister are all host home providers, and my in-laws have a daughter in services). Out of all of the agencies we've ever worked for (as well as heard of/wouldn't work with), Sample Supports have, by far and wide, been the best company yet, because of these four ladies.

They have been warm, welcoming, transparent, and gracious since day 1. Every time I speak with one of them it feels like I'm having a conversation with an old friend. “A little over a year ago, my dear friend passed away leaving behind her 28-year-old special needs child. She had always been at home to care for him, and did not make arrangements for his care in the event of her death. With just a few phone calls, Sample Supports stepped in with assistance beyond my wildest dreams. Within weeks, he had his own apartment, support from caretakers for grocery shopping, cooking, personal hygiene, and social activities. Within a few more weeks, he was involved with Day Program, and a few weeks after that was working on the Left Hand vending crew.
