Transitioning to Adult Services
The transition into the adult world after high school may seem especially challenging for young adults with disabilities. Sample Supports is here to help make this time of change as smooth and supportive as possible. Sample Supports offers specialized services focused on workplace readiness, job attainment, job retainment, integration into the community, and residential services to ensure each young adult is reaching their highest potential after graduation.

Each service is designed to provide our individuals with the most independence. Our supported employment option boasts many partnerships with local businesses who are excited to see these individuals find meaningful employment. You can see some of our partnerships here.
We also work closely with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation who uses our services for fostering independent job seeking and job retainment.
