More often then not, people hear that I work for a company which provides services for adults, and some children, with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and they have no idea what that means. Most people have heard of a day program, but think it's more like daycare compared to what it really is. We are not a daycare, and I plan to tell you exactly what we do and why we do it!

![]() Featured Person of the Month: William William came to us after moving from a group home in Alamosa, CO. He moved to Northern Colorado to be closer to his family. He lives with two awesome host home providers in the Fort Collins area and has been with Sample Supports for over two years. He attends Supported Community Connections and Supported Employment 5 days a week, as well as Behavior. William has a great sense of humor! He is very confident and often talks about how he is a handsome man! He loves dressing up for holidays and has a fantastic sense of style. William enjoys watching Dr. Phil and listening to county music on his downtime. Who is his favorite staff member, you ask? Aimee, Breeze (Bri) and Jason. "My favorite thing about day program is being active outside. I like to do the grocery delivery and recycle sometimes. I like going into work (at Crystal Joys).
